The all-new Toyota Tacoma is a proper mid-size pickup

There’s a reason they launched that truck on the big island of Hawaii, the dealership here sells more of them than any other in the United States. Maybe my brother who spends a lot of time shopping will trade in his V8 Rubicon for a trailhunter, it will never find a trail. Probably tell me about it in a conversation filled with political virtue signaling of all the usual types. 🙄

Unless GM reverses course on CarPlay, pretty sure the new Taco is what I'll be getting.

I’m waiting to see if they come out with a Prime version.

I'm thinking the Mfg's didn't realize how important that is to buyers, or they are going to try and introduce their own version.
It's a head scratcher.

There is no "their own version" that interests me. $55 a month for an inferior version of something I already have for free on my phone is of no interest to me. It's carplay, or I get a different brand of truck.

Does anyone else say "carp lay" instead of car-play? Either way it's a weird name, surprised Apple went with that.

Banning android auto, so people can only use android automotive is weirder.
