The spec comparison is comparing apples to oranges and is worthless.

Except if you are, what, like shopping around for your next truck for your towing needs? The jury is out if you can seriously tow with an EV yet. Now whats worthless is a post like that which offers nothing except “I don’t get it”

It’s a worthless comparison because you are comparing HD trucks made for towing to an EV truck that is not made for heavy towing. Both Ford and GM have indicated that there will be EV trucks built to tow up to 24,000 lbs and of course more range is needed.

I do agree that currently EV trucks do not have enough range even for light duty towing but that will change. They certainly have the HP and torque.

A significant percentage of truck owners don’t tow anything more than their butts around.

EVs are at the beginning of their evolution!
