I know GM only briefly mentioned the Silverado EV Trail Boss but is anyone waiting for it over the other models? I'm curious to see how off-road capable it is and whether it has some of the same specs/features as the Hummer EV.

The Trail Boss or High Country are my 2 picks. I am hoping the Trail Boss is offered loaded out like the High Country, as the AT4/Denali. Living in Arizona, we do a lot of desert trails and the extra clearance is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum @justjustincampbell! I think the Tail Boss could have similar tricks like the Hummer EV does with its air suspension.

Welcome to the forum @DukeofArmchair. How much of a range loss would be too much for you to not go with the Trial Boss?

I would have to put some thought into that 🤔, it would depend on the $$ and options that it has when they reveal more about it. 400mi is really the sweet spot I was waiting for.

I need that for my camping style, in conjunction with the Trail Boss model. I don't see why they wouldn't allow the mid-gate with the Trail Boss. I hope that's not the case. It'd be a missed opportunity for Chevy if the midgate is only available for the RST.

So far, the only info is that the mid-gate is only NOT available on the WT. I imagine it will be available as an option for other trims, and is only standard on the RST First Edition (possible the regular RST, but the reservation page doesn't mention it).
