A black Blazer RS EV has been spotted completely badged and uncovered. It looks as production ready as ever.

I guess this Blazer will put to rest the argument that "domestic EVs try too hard to look weird which costs them sales" I think this will be the first "normal" affordable EV.

One small thing I like is how the headlights look more Volvo-ish instead of the weird thin slit look they're currently using.

Looks good they should sell lots.
I definitely could do without the "vent" behind the front wheel that scallops into the door. I know the charge inlet is on the driver side in that area, but a simple door would do. This is coming from an R1T owner which has the most needlessly complex door ever, but still blends in nicely.
Interesting with the mismatched bowties front and back. 🤷‍♂️

Haven't followed the Blazer too much. When is it supposed to be out? Also 2024 like pretty much everything else GM is planning? 🤦‍♂️ Yeah, yeah... Bad sarcasm, so don't get ya'lls panties in a wad.

Looks good/normal for an EV. Not bad.

From my understanding, assuming things don't change, the Blazer EV 2LT and RS go on sale in the Summer, then the SS towards the end of 2023. Then in 2024 the 1LT and the PPV fleet models go on sale.

Now that you mention it those lights do share a bit of the one's Volvo is starting to use. The "Thor's hammer" lights.
I think production and deliveries also need to be considered. GM started building Lyriq's in March 2022. But only 36 were delivered to customers by the start of Q3 2022. So I doubt any normal plebe forum user is seeing a Blazer in their driveway until Q3 2023 at the soonest; probably 2024 as @tsuintx sarcastically estimates.

Yeah, GM owes Thomas Ingenlath some royalties...
