I like it. Very Avalanche-esque. Definitely wouldn't go with the RST package with those huge wheels. Would be much more my style with a 20" wheel and more sidewall. Will for sure be putting my deposit down today at 1. Currently I have a Rivian pre-order, and I am going to go through with taking delivery as long as they don't cancel the 400 mile battery or raise the price too much (thinking $5k might be my limit). The Silverado will be my backup.

You can get in early to make a reservation if you are so inclined. Looks like they are just going to be WT or RST to start, and the RST launch edition is full already.

It does list WT starts at $39,900, of course had to undercut the Lightning by a little bit.

Someone on the Rivian forums figured out the link for reservations. I was able to place mine, but it said the first editions were full. It just allows you to reserved "WT or RST". My reservation was from 11:24 AM EST. Don't know where that puts me in line.

Mary Barra just said the Silverado will have a range of at least 400 miles. That'll be really good if that's proven in EPA testing.
