Nope, because you need to have the truck on or in Acc mode.

You can use the timer mode to leave it on in acc mode but no drivetrane for 1 hour, or use the service mode (door open, 3xAccellerator, 1xBrake) to leave in Acc mode indefinitely, but either way the screens and other parts of the truck will be on as well.

You could also turn on powerbase to power the outlets with a longer timer and the truck off, not sure if the USBs or 12v outlet are powered by powerbase but if not just use a 120v charger in the rear console outlet to charge your phone.

 

That's definitely a missed feature

 

None of my cars keep the usb port hot all the time. When I leave the car I take my phone. I do keep a lithium jump pack in the truck since I don’t want to jump start anyone off my truck. That has usb ports I could use in a pinch.

 

You can set the truck to stay on for an hour. Not a total solution.

Otherwise, find a always on 12V source in the fuse block and wire a charger to it...there are chargers made to plug into cigarette lighter ports that accept 12V.
