Hello all, 1st post, new to this forum and I have had my 25 LT for 2 weeks now and am loving it. But, I just did the update GM N25-2516700 when I came home for the evening and in the morning, my Sirius XM no longer works. On the small media icon on the dash screen it says no content available, and then when you go into the main middle screen, all of my preset channels are there but all of the artwork and ability to tune channels are gone. It's almost like the update wiped out the built in Sirius app within the OS. I called OnStar and they transferred me to Sirius and they re-sent the signal 2x but it did nothing. I tried explaining the situation to them but I might as well have been speaking Japanese. they had no clue. I have googled this multiple times but it doesnt seem like a common issue. But I can almost say without a doubt it was caused by the software update. because I was listening to Sirius before I did the update and after the update was done, it didn't work and visually everything looked different. Anyone experienced this? I bought the truck from a dealer 2 hours away, and I know I can take it to my local dealer but I just dont want to be without my truck for days while they scratch their heads over this. I know its not a big issue but I have been a Sirius subscriber for over 20 years and I have kind of grown accustomed to it, even more so now that I realized after I leased this truck that Chevrolet doesnt offer CarPlay and that the USB ports are for charging only.
